Service Description
Relax and unwind with grounding breath-work and a guided meditation, then recalibrate your system with soothing sounds and frequencies. Experience a tapestry of relaxing sound frequencies, featuring Alto flute, world flutes, 432Hz Crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, and gongs to bring you to a state of profound calm. Experience individual clearing and balancing of your system with the solfeggio tuning forks. Reset and realign and walk forward in strength. You will need to bring your yoga mat, a gentle throw, comfortable clothing & water. Please note that Sound Therapy is not recommended for those in first trimester of pregnancy, with a pace-maker , metal plates in the body, severe sound sensitivity or epilepsy.
