Service Description

Boost your team's productivity and mental clarity with a dedicated hour of wellness support. This session combines a relaxing soundbath and guided meditation with gentle breathwork, all infused with restorative Reiki healing energies to release stress and align your staff. To secure your booking please pay the £150 deposit. £20 per person, with a minimum of 10 people in a group. All mats provided by us.
