Heather offers deeply nurturing Usui Reiki Healing, a gentle and non-invasive practice that calms the nervous system, dissolves emotional blockages, and brings the mind, body, and spirit back into alignment. Reiki helps you reconnect to the present moment, release what no longer serves you, and move forward with greater clarity, strength, and resilience. Reiki sessions are available in person, remotely, or via Zoom.
